Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly salary disbursements
- Oversee staff income tax compliance, including EPF, SOCSO, and income tax submissions
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and fair manner
- Develop and implement staff welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company policies
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management with focus on payroll and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, and income tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive matters
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software systems
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CIPD) is a plus
