In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and driving our HR initiatives forward. You will act as a strategic partner to management, handling end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including orientation sessions and skill-building workshops.
  • Support performance management cycles, including setting goals and conducting appraisals.
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to employee engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
