INFOSTRIKE SDN BHD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Bandar Utama, Selangor. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive HR operations, ensuring full compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and all relevant labor laws
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
- Administer performance management systems and coordinate employee appraisal processes
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity
- Provide strategic guidance to management on workforce planning and organizational development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in HR generalist or supervisory roles
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Professional certifications such as MYHR, CIPD, or SHRM will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
