Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex employee relations cases, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor regulations
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend fair resolutions
- Drive employee engagement through culture-building initiatives
- Advise leadership on HR best practices and risk mitigation
- Oversee performance management systems and improvement plans

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in employee relations with 2+ years at senior level
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
- Advanced conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
