Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer payroll processing, CPF contributions, and IR8A tax filings accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, specifically for the marine sector.
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives, including performance appraisals, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review to support talent management decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role, preferably within the Shipping or Marine industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with numbers and comfortable handling payroll and statutory requirements.
