Trust Recruit is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. In this full-spectrum role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration while contributing to strategic people initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll processing, CPF contributions, and IR8A tax filings accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, specifically for the marine sector.
  • Coordinate employee relations initiatives, including performance appraisals, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review to support talent management decisions.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role, preferably within the Shipping or Marine industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous with numbers and comfortable handling payroll and statutory requirements.
