Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and talent retention strategies for various F&B roles.
- Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and claims.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and industry best practices.
- Handle all aspects of employee relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management cycles, including appraisals, goal setting, and professional development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning and development initiatives for employees at all levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employee databases, and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to management on organizational development, workforce planning, and HR initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive, full-spectrum HR experience, with a significant portion gained within the Food & Beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s employment law (e.g., Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, CPF Act).
- Proven ability to work independently as a sole contributor, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
