As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support, acting as a bridge between management and employees. You will navigate complex HR landscapes, manage employee lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations while contributing to regional initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and onboarding for regional teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support the implementation of regional HR initiatives, performance management cycles, and compensation reviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Stay updated on local labor laws and ensure company-wide compliance across APAC jurisdictions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Senior HR Executive capacity, preferably within an MNC.
- Solid understanding of local Singapore labor legislation and regional HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities.
