Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior HR Executive / HR Executive to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions at our facility in Menglembu, Perak. This is a pivotal role within our organization, with primary responsibility in learning and development to nurture and grow our talent pool.

You will manage the complete employee journey—from seamless on-boarding to smooth off-boarding—ensuring all HR processes are handled professionally and in compliance with local regulations. Your focus will be on designing and implementing effective training programs, conducting performance appraisals, managing employee relations, and supporting overall HR operations.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and organizational development needs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. You will also oversee payroll administration, maintain HR records, and contribute to policy development.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive learning and development initiatives to enhance employee competencies and career growth.
  • Support the performance management cycle by facilitating appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, leave records, and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, industrial relations practices, and internal policies.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate insightful reports for management decision-making.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on learning and development preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional certification (e.g., MIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
