Join Techbond Manufacturing Sdn Bhd as a Senior HR Executive and become the driving force behind our human capital strategy. This pivotal role demands expertise in end-to-end HR operations, from talent acquisition and onboarding to payroll administration and employee relations. You'll spearhead compliance initiatives with Malaysian labor laws, develop strategic HR policies, and foster positive industrial relations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will lead organizational development initiatives, resolve complex employee issues, and drive workforce planning to support business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation strategy implementation
- Employee relations management including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
- Develop and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor legislation
- Strategic workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Industrial relations management and union engagement when required
- HR analytics reporting and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in senior/executive roles
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Strategic thinking abilities with experience in HR policy development
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD) is advantageous
