Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, HRIS administration, and record keeping
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, training, and offboarding
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and support organizational development
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, analytics, and dashboards to support decision-making
- Manage payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation
- Stay updated on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to continuously improve HR operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR operations or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
