Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end HR function for the group, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes to attract top-tier professionals in the professional services and investment sectors.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive market positioning and internal equity.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including training, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR metrics and workforce planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, MAC) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior HR role, preferably within a multi-disciplinary professional services or investment management group.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
