Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, grievance handling, and policy enforcement
- Oversee payroll processing accuracy and ensure timely salary disbursements
- Monitor HR compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and internal policies
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
- Coordinate performance management systems and professional development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regulatory reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in financial services or corporate environments
- Fluent Mandarin language skills (verbal and written)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR compliance requirements
- Proven experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication abilities
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CHRP) preferred
