Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job profiling and sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide expert advisory on talent acquisition trends.
- Oversee employee engagement programs to boost retention and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain an accurate and organized applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment metrics reporting.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer branding and candidate value proposition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR software platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and suggest process improvements.
