Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job profiling and sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide expert advisory on talent acquisition trends.
  • Oversee employee engagement programs to boost retention and promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment metrics reporting.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer branding and candidate value proposition.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and best practices in HR management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proficiency in digital sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR software platforms.
