Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across departments
- Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies using digital platforms and networks
- Conduct structured interviews and skills assessments for qualified candidates
- Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and candidate profiles
- Implement employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven expertise in sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
