We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner in driving our organizational success by managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

As our Senior HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, bridging the gap between management and staff. You will have the opportunity to refine recruitment strategies, oversee sensitive employee relations matters, and ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving grievances and promoting a healthy corporate culture.
  • Administer company policies and ensure strict compliance with DOLE regulations and local labor standards.
  • Develop and facilitate employee training programs to enhance workforce productivity and professional growth.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly HR metrics and reports for management review.
  • Manage employee records, compensation, and benefits administration with high accuracy.
  • Support performance management cycles, including appraisals and goal-setting initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
