Lattice Semiconductor is a global leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance, programmable logic devices. We are expanding our operations in Penang and are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Generalist to lead our Human Resources initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting our growing workforce, ensuring seamless Talent Acquisition processes, and maintaining high standards of employee relations.
As a Senior HR Generalist at Lattice, you will serve as a strategic partner to management, driving initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work culture. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, handle complex employee relations matters, and ensure our HR practices align with local labor laws and organizational goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, providing expert guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace culture.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies, including labor relations, contracts, and statutory reporting.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for all employees.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accurate payroll processing and policy updates.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate necessary HR reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and labor regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a manufacturing or technology environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
