- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies
- Design and execute employee engagement and development programs
- Oversee HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management
- Advise senior leadership on organizational development and talent retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee relations management
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
