Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals in the heavy equipment rental industry
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent management for technical and operational roles
- Design and implement compensation/benefits programs aligned with industry standards
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster positive workplace culture
- Manage HRIS systems and generate analytics for data-driven decision making
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Lead organizational development initiatives including training and succession planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Fluent Mandarin (written/spoken) and English proficiency essential
- Proven experience in heavy equipment, construction, or manufacturing industries
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HRIS implementation and HR analytics
- Strategic mindset with ability to align HR with business objectives
