As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top-tier talent in the precision engineering sector.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll administration, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
- Provide expert guidance to management and staff regarding HR policies, labor regulations, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to foster a culture of high productivity and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and team-building activities to boost morale and skill sets.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with ISO and local audit standards.
- Support the organization in conducting disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and industrial relations activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Solid understanding of the Employment Act 1955 and current Malaysian labor laws.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage payroll systems and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin/Tamil.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding industrial setting.
