Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HR operational workflows, including payroll administration, leave management, and benefits coordination.
- Maintain accurate HR records and database integrity using HRIS platforms.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting and screening to onboarding new hires.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable reports to management to support decision-making.
- Facilitate employee relations, serving as the first point of contact for staff inquiries and grievances.
- Lead or participate in HR transformation projects to automate manual processes and enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex operational challenges.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
