As our Senior HR Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, manage intricate benefits administration, and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and government mandates. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including HMO, life insurance, and other welfare initiatives, acting as the primary liaison with service providers.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and government statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Conduct regular benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the automotive industry.
- Provide expert guidance to employees and management regarding compensation structures, payroll queries, and benefits-related concerns.
- Maintain and update HRIS records to ensure the integrity of personnel data and compensation history.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and analytics regarding payroll trends, labor costs, and benefits utilization for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll management.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory contributions, and tax regulations (TRAIN law).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with HRIS or payroll software.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic corporate environment.
