As a Senior HRBP/Manager, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and human resources initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping our HR strategy, managing talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring full compliance with labor regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of workforce planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, improve employee retention, and streamline HR processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing HR guidance and solutions to support business goals.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, handle conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Coordinate with management to identify workforce planning needs and talent gaps.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a management or Senior HRBP role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Bamboo, Workday, or similar).
