Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
