Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for all departments
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Indonesian labor laws
  • Oversee employee relations activities including conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel record maintenance
  • Conduct training needs analysis and organize professional development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership decision-making
  • Manage HR administration tasks including contracts, documentation, and statutory compliance
  • Support organizational development initiatives including succession planning and culture-building

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in a senior role
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, BPJS, etc.) and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
