Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and implement strategic HR policies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and engagement programs
- Manage office administration including facilities, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
- Develop and execute training programs for organizational development
- Lead administrative process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR and administration experience
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified HR Professional (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven experience in policy development and process optimization
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
