Tanggung Jawab

  • End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Design and implement strategic HR policies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and engagement programs
  • Manage office administration including facilities, procurement, and vendor coordination
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Develop and execute training programs for organizational development
  • Lead administrative process optimization and digital transformation initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR and administration experience
  • Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certified HR Professional (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven experience in policy development and process optimization
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
