  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support the professional development and career growth of staff.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with broader business objectives and workforce planning.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and analyze workforce metrics.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in a Senior HR Executive or HR Manager role.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
