Rocana Hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Human Resource Executive to join our team in Kuantan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our HR Manager, ensuring the seamless execution of daily human resources operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a solid understanding of local labor laws and hospitality industry standards. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycles, ensuring payroll accuracy, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management for all hotel staff.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files to ensure 100% compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Coordinate employee relations initiatives, including staff welfare events and recognition programs.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance appraisal processes and training development plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding benefits, HR policies, and workplace conduct.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or Senior Executive capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act 1955) and industrial relations.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for payroll and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
