Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top engineering talent
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Design and implement employee development programs and performance management systems
  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Conduct employee relations activities to resolve conflicts and maintain workplace harmony
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce efficiency
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in senior leadership role
  • Strong expertise in recruitment methodologies and talent management systems
  • Proven experience with Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR data and trends
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is highly desirable
