Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top engineering talent
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and implement employee development programs and performance management systems
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
- Conduct employee relations activities to resolve conflicts and maintain workplace harmony
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce efficiency
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in senior leadership role
- Strong expertise in recruitment methodologies and talent management systems
- Proven experience with Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR data and trends
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is highly desirable
