Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for the organization.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Administer and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure best practices.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and career growth.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Liaise with management and staff to address HR-related queries and promote a healthy company culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
