Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for sales roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with sales industry standards and Malaysian labor laws
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Design and execute training programs to enhance sales team capabilities and product knowledge
- Analyze HR metrics to inform workforce planning and retention strategies
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design competitive compensation and incentive structures
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate HR documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in sales industry
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM or CIPD certification preferred
