Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels and platforms
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates who match job requirements
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve recruitment strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, techniques, and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods
- Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
