Search Personnel is seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive to act as an HR Business Partner, driving talent strategy, employee relations, HR governance, and organisational initiatives aligned with corporate policies. This role is based in Loyang, East Region, Singapore, and offers the opportunity to shape the future of our workforce in a dynamic, fastāpaced environment.
In this role you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement, accelerate talent development, and ensure compliance with Singapore's employment legislation. You will be the goāto expert for complex employee relations issues, fostering a culture of trust, inclusivity, and high performance.
Key focus areas include aligning talent acquisition and succession planning with business objectives, championing learning and development initiatives, and delivering dataādriven insights through HR metrics and reporting. By leveraging your expertise in HR best practices and innovative HR technology, you will help drive continuous improvement across all peopleārelated processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the companyās overall business goals and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership and line managers to drive talent planning, succession planning, and workforce forecasting.
- Lead employeeārelations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations, and internal HR governance standards.
- Design and implement talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development programs.
- Manage HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support organizational change initiatives and drive HR transformation projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of two years in an HR Business Partner or senior HR role.
- Inādepth knowledge of Singapore labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS/HR analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholderāmanagement abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastāpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
