Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Manage General Affairs functions including office facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution processes
- Administer benefits programs and payroll coordination
- Optimize workplace safety protocols and administrative procedures
- Manage GA budget and operational expenses efficiently

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR and GA management experience
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and office management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
