Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Manage compensation and benefits programs
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions
- Mentor and develop HR team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KUPK, BPJS, etc.)
- Experience implementing HRIS and HR analytics tools
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven track record in organizational development initiatives
