Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration and benchmarking
- Design and implement performance management systems and development programs
- Ensure HR compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making
- Lead organizational development initiatives and culture-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in senior roles
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with problem-solving orientation
