Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace relationships
- Conduct performance management systems, including evaluations and development plans
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including training and career development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop HR staff
