  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop HR staff
