Roadget Business is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR professional to independently lead end-to-end HR operations and spearhead critical APAC projects. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to management and employees, ensuring a seamless and positive work environment. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to driving organizational growth and efficiency across the Asia-Pacific region.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Independently manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Lead and execute key APAC regional projects, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and business objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations, handling inquiries and resolving conflicts with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, employment practices, and company policies across the region.
  • Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with management to drive organizational development, talent retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS systems to generate insightful reports for stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, preferably within a multinational or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR operations and leading regional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment practices, and HR best practices in the APAC region.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
