Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration and ensure competitive market alignment
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in senior role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing remote teams and virtual collaboration tools
