Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration and ensure competitive market alignment
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
  • Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
  • Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in senior role
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing remote teams and virtual collaboration tools
