Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years in corporate training with 2+ years in senior instructional roles
- Expertise in needs analysis, curriculum development, and adult learning principles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in learning management systems
- Experience designing blended learning solutions (e-learning, virtual, in-person)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional projects
- Relevant certifications in instructional design or talent development
