Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes
- Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate controls to mitigate them
- Review financial records, transactions, and operational processes for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management
- Collaborate with department heads to implement audit recommendations and monitor corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging risks
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's operations and objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), ACCA, or CPA
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or a related role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly
- Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
