- Manage inventory valuation and cost accounting operations in compliance with US GAAP
- Analyze inventory turnover rates and recommend optimization strategies
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Develop cost accounting models and reporting procedures
- Prepare monthly inventory and cost of goods sold reports
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for inventory accuracy
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
- Assist in financial statement preparation focusing on inventory disclosures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in inventory/cost accounting
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP principles and inventory valuation methods
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience leading inventory audits and reconciliations
- CPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
