As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with the management team to craft high-impact deliverables, monitor market trends, and ensure seamless communication flow between our clients and their investors. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the management team in the preparation and development of high-quality investor relations deliverables, including pitch decks, quarterly reports, and press releases.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, peer performance, and industry-specific benchmarks to provide actionable insights for clients.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls, ensuring all logistical and content requirements are met.
- Maintain and update investor databases, ensuring CRM accuracy and tracking stakeholder engagement levels.
- Draft compelling corporate communication materials tailored to institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
- Monitor daily financial news and media coverage to identify potential risks or opportunities relevant to our client portfolio.
- Assist in the execution of ESG reporting and communications strategies to align with modern investment standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Investment Banking, or Financial Journalism.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and regulatory disclosure requirements in Malaysia.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for high-level presentations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills for client-facing engagements.
