- Manage complete invoicing lifecycle using Coretax software for accuracy and timeliness
- Lead accounts receivable processes and resolve billing discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless billing operations
- Maintain financial records and documentation for audit compliance
- Develop and implement invoicing process improvements
- Mentor junior staff on accounting best practices and Coretax operations
- Generate monthly financial reports and analyze invoicing trends
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of invoicing/accounts receivable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Coretax software
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
