Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and requirements gathering for ERP system implementations
- Design, develop, and implement IT solutions aligned with organizational strategic goals
- Lead ERP system customization, integration, and lifecycle management
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, specifications, and user guides
- Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical IT systems and resolve complex technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT analysis with ERP implementation focus
- Advanced proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Certification in business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) or ITIL
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proven track record in system integration and process improvement projects
