- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for CRM and integration projects
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to implementation in insurance industry contexts
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solution feasibility
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, data models, and user stories
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization opportunities
- Monitor project progress and deliverables against key milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with CRM implementation expertise
- Proven track record in system integration projects within insurance or financial services
- Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation methodologies
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile development frameworks and project management methodologies
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is advantageous
