Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT competency frameworks and skill matrices to identify and address capability gaps.
- Design and oversee IT training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of IT personnel.
- Conduct regular IT compliance audits and assessments against internal policies, industry standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), and regulatory requirements.
- Formulate, review, and update IT policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with best practices and legal obligations.
- Collaborate with various IT departments to embed compliance requirements into operational processes and project lifecycles.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of IT governance, risk management, and compliance controls to senior management.
- Investigate and address compliance breaches, providing recommendations for corrective actions and preventative measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or competency development roles.
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and relevant data privacy regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT competency models and training programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical organizational policies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, ITIL Expert) are highly advantageous.
