Akulaku is seeking a Senior IT Governance Specialist to join our technology team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between technical operations and regulatory compliance, ensuring our IT landscape remains secure, compliant, and efficient.
You will lead critical initiatives including ISO27001 implementation, internal audits, and the maturation of our IT governance framework. As a key advisor to stakeholders, you will help shape our technical strategy, mitigate operational risks, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of ISO27001 certification and other relevant security frameworks.
- Facilitate internal and external IT audits, acting as the primary liaison between technical teams and auditors.
- Monitor and report on IT compliance status, identifying gaps and driving remediation efforts.
- Provide expert guidance on IT risk management and control assessment across all business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate governance requirements into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Manage IT internal governance documentation and ensure organizational readiness for regulatory examinations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles.
- Deep understanding of ISO27001, COBIT, NIST, or similar IT frameworks.
- Proven track record of successful ISO27001 implementation in a mid-to-large scale enterprise.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, or CISM is highly desirable.
- Experience in the fintech or banking industry is a strong advantage.
