- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects to ensure successful delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project resources effectively
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Utilize Power BI and other tools for project reporting and analytics
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
