Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain HRIS applications to support talent management, payroll, and employee data systems
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored software solutions
- Optimize existing HRIS workflows and implement new features to enhance user experience
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HR systems
- Lead technical documentation, testing, and deployment of HR-related projects
- Integrate HRIS with other enterprise systems (ERP, payroll, etc.)
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years focused on HRIS
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or .NET frameworks
- Strong database design skills with experience in SQL/NoSQL databases
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with HR-specific systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is a plus
