Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement complex IT infrastructure upgrades and system integrations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT project documentation including risk assessments and contingency plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, disaster recovery plans, and compliance frameworks
- Conduct regular system audits and performance optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance on complex challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT project management and infrastructure leadership
- Proven expertise in ITIL frameworks, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes
- Strong understanding of network architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP) highly desirable
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
